After managing the construction of several iterations of Il Mulino’s core high-end restaurants, M² played point on the development and construction of the first installation of their more accessible brand, Il Mulino Trattoria, at the Swan Hotel in Orlando.  Rather than the familiar traditional Italianate designs favored in the core brand, Il Mulino Trattoria favors a more diverse material palette with a more modern industrial sensibility, resulting in an interior that complements the rustic Italian fare that defines the brand.
