SAUGATUCK HOUSE

M² again managed in-house drawing production for this modern ground-up rebuild in the quiet island community of Saugatuck Shores.  Located on a spectacular site facing a cove inlet, this rustic-modern home design focuses on maximizing water views through its intersecting planes and volumes.  The spectacular roof deck features a wood-burning fireplace outside of the top-level, shed-roofed sun room, offering privacy and luxury amidst this affluent but tightly-spaced neighborhood.
