M² directed in-house and external production for this spectacular modern home sited on a breathtaking lot in Carmel, CA.  This 4,500sf house with detached garage/loft creates interest through intersecting planes and volumes, culminating with a coastline-facing operable wall of sliding doors that blur the lines between indoors and out. The building’s design is meant to complement the gently sloping site, using natural materials to soften the modern aesthetic while never compromising luxury.
