NOHO LOFT

This top-level bachelor pad in a landmarked building on Bleecker Street transformed from a rustic, cavernous relic into a slick, modern family oasis under the guidance of M² while working at W+A.  A total gut renovation, M² helped the client navigate Landmarks, asbestos roofing, and DOB restrictions over the course of construction, adding a dramatic glass penthouse bulkhead that transitions the living space to a spectacular downtown roof deck.  Work included new windows, new HVAC systems, and all new finishes throughout an overhauled layout that was designed to both facilitate entertaining guests while catering to a young, growing family.
